Former dairy situated in the yard of a working sheep and cattle farm a few miles from the historic county town of Caernarfon with its medieval castle on the banks of the Menai Straits. The farm is just a walk down to the sea at Foryd – a tidal bay with large areas of mudflats and salt marsh which has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Local Nature Reserve because of its importance for wildlife. Many birds visit in winter and during migration including large numbers of wildfowl and waders. The Dairy is within walking distance of a station on the recently re-opened Welsh Highland Railway which runs through the heart of Snowdonia to Porthmadog via Beddgelert – a fantastic day out through glorious scenery! The setting is convenient for exploring Snowdonia, The Lleyn Peninsula and the Isle of Anglesey. ACCOMMODATION: All single storey but with a few internal steps. Three bedrooms. 1.
