A luxurious third floor penthouse apartment in a new development near the beach and golf course at seaside Morfa Nefyn. Morfa Nefyn and the adjacent beaches at Nefyn and the National Trust owned Porthdinllaen are all safe and sandy. The elevator that serves the apartment block can, by use of a special key, transport guests directly into the penthouse. (1) the master bedroom with a roof top balcony,  walk-in wardrobe, a king size double bed and an en suite wet shower room with w.c. and bidet (2) A family room with a double bed  and a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and an en suite shower/w.c. (3) A repeat of  bedroom 2. (4) a double (5) a double. Bathroom/w.c. with large shower and heated towel rail. Two travel cots  and high chairs are provided.  The vast living area with a door to the main roof top balcony with gas BBQ has a large flat screen TV with digital channels and a DVD player, comfortable lounge seating for all guests, dining table for ten at a sitting, four stools at the large corian breakfast bar/food preparation work top and extra large ceramic hobs,  two electric ovens, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/drier, dishwasher, two wine chillers. Ample parking space within the development grounds. The fee includes all electricity and central heating.
