Located in a village just two miles from Pwllheli’s Award Winning Yachting Marina (Hafan) – this new addition to Shaw’s Holidays portfolio of properties is, despite being outside the town, probably the one with easiest and quickest access to the Marina and Sailing Club.  Abererch is a small sleepy village off the A499 and whilst it does not have a village shop essentials are available at a self-service shop at a nearby Caravan Holiday Centre. The nearest “corner shop” is actually the Asda supermarket in Pwllheli!  It is just a short walk (5 – 10 minutes) to the wonderful sandy  beach – though  you will have to use caution to cross the A499 as there is no footbridge. Of course you could elect to drive  any number of the excellent beaches on the Lleyn, many of then Blue Flag Award winners, or enjoy the many attractions inn the area including golf, fishing, Go-Karting, Paintballing, pony trekking and more. Or, you could simply relax in the enclosed patio area/sun trap of this attractive property  – However, we cannot guarantee the sun!

The property is a stylishly furnished former Local Authority owned  mid terrace on a small residential estate near the ancient bridge over the Afon Erch river which gives the village its name.

ACCOMMODATION:  Three bedrooms. (1) A king size double with a clothes  rail in an alcove and attractive wooden floor  (2) A double with a flat screen TV  (3) A single. Bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath. Utility room with a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a door to the patio. Kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, fridge, wood burner stove and laminate floor. Lounge with a leather suite, 42” flat screen TV, wood burner and door to the patio with outside picnic bench.
The fee includes electricity, gas and some fuel for the wood burners – hopefully this will not be needed.
