Kitchen with Rangemaster (gas and electric) oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and piazza oven.  Breakfast room leading to a large conservatory and the expansive gardens beyond. The conservatory has a single and two double futon and a large round dining table seating seven.   Lounge with colour TV, DVD/video, some satellite channels, gas fire, seating for six  and an doorway through to the conservatory.

Whilst there is sleeping space for up to 12 the living accommodation lends itself to smaller parties (or those who prefer to feed children first and then sit down to dine with other adults).
