A 150 year old stone cottage standing in around ten acres of sloping hillside and wild pasture with wonderful uninterrupted views down to Hell’s Mouth Bay (Porth Neigwl and with access to the quieter end of Porth Neigwl with its surfing beach.). An idyllic peaceful setting surrounded by National Trust land and a short drive from seaside Aberdaron and Abersoch. The access lane to the cottage is narrow and rough and includes crossing a field – 4 x 4 vehicles advised – but you can park just about 400 normal adult uphill steps away from the field gate on the unclassified road that leads from Rhiw to Sarn Mellteyrn (nearest shops and pubs). ACCOMMODATION: One bedroom with a double bed and a single folding bed (for use where appropriate) and a roof window with exceptional views. Ground floor bathroom/w.c with a shower over the bath. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Living room with original ingle nook fire place, gas fire, TV with Freeview channels and DVD, books for light reading, small library of films, board games. Also a open crog loft reading room with double sofa bed and music centre. Paved patio area with furniture and views. Ample parking (see above). The fee includes electricity and bottle gas.
